[Apple-Crop] Matrix Herbicide

I am considering using Matrix herbicide for weed management in my Orchard.
I was wondering if anyone has used this and if you could share your
experience with the effectiveness of this chemical.  How does it perform as
a pre-emergent and post-emergent?  Spring application or fall application?
