There is another private based company, Phytelligence (www.phytelligence.com) which offers inexpensive, and rapid plant genetic analysis services for variety confirmation all the way through whole genome sequencing for new variety patent bolstering.
They have a full genetics lab at their Pullman, WA facility. They are a spinout company from Washington State University and they offer DNA certified true to type rootstocks as well. Their sales guy is Tim O’Brien - timobrien at phytelligence.com Direct: 206-719-5317
