Courtier's oldest Honeycrisp block, Pepin Heights Orchard, Lake City, MN. Ten years old, planted on B.9 spaced 15 x5 and trained to a verticle axis system. “This is the system we like to grow” says Courtier. He has 70 acres of Honeycrisp in the ground.
