David Bedford, University of Minnesota (U of M) Scientist (Horticultural Science
Department) spoke to a full house at the Days Inn in LaCrosse on Sunday evening.
He introduced Honeycrisp, and his talk could have easily been titled "Everything
You Always Wanted to Know About Honecyrisp." Bedford and colleague Jim Luby

Minnesota Report 225-1992 'Honeycrisp Apple'. Bedford also talked about Zestar!,
an new U of M introduction with an earlier harvest date than Honeycrisp.
